Introducing TenantWise Version 3.0

Published: March 2026

We are excited to announce the release of TenantWise Version 3.0, a major update that introduces a completely redesigned mobile and customer web app, powerful new workflow capabilities, and deeper integrations to help housing providers deliver an even better experience for their tenants and teams.

A redesigned experience

Version 3.0 features a ground-up redesign of both the mobile app and the customer web app. The new interface is modern, intuitive and built with accessibility in mind. Tenants will find it easier than ever to navigate their account, make payments, raise repairs and stay on top of their tenancy, whether on their phone or at their desktop.

Customisable task flows

One of the headline features of this release is Task Flows, a powerful workflow management capability that allows housing providers to create reusable, fully customisable templates made up of steps. Task flows guide both customers and administrators through structured processes such as onboarding, document collection, payments and more. Each task flow can be assigned to customers as a task instance, giving teams complete visibility of progress and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Adobe Sign integration

TenantWise now integrates with Adobe Sign, enabling electronic document signing directly within the platform. Whether it is a tenancy agreement, a consent form or any other document that requires a signature, tenants can review and sign from their device without the need for paper. This integration works seamlessly within task flows, making document signing a natural part of your onboarding and tenancy management processes.

Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on

For administrators, Version 3.0 introduces single sign-on via Microsoft Entra ID. This means your team can log in to the TenantWise admin dashboard using their existing Microsoft credentials, simplifying access management and strengthening security. Combined with OAuth 2.0 credential setup, this makes enterprise identity management straightforward.

Automated onboarding

Getting new tenants set up has never been easier. Version 3.0 introduces automated customer onboarding with reminder notifications. Housing providers can define onboarding task flows that automatically guide new tenants through the steps they need to complete, from uploading documents and signing agreements to making their first payment. Automated reminders ensure tenants stay on track without your team having to chase.

Additional improvements

  • Custom favicon upload for white-label branding
  • Numeric keyboard for MFA codes on mobile for a smoother login experience
  • Auto-selection of single verification method on mobile
  • Contact method addition from within contact details screens
  • Transaction statement downloads on mobile apps

Looking ahead

Version 3.0 represents a significant step forward for TenantWise and for the housing providers and tenants who rely on it every day. We are committed to continuing to build features that drive efficiencies, improve tenant satisfaction and make your teams' jobs easier.
